One-pass cutting room.
A modern cutting room is two machines back-to-back: the spreader lays the fabric in even, tensioned plies; the automatic cutter takes your CAD nest file and cuts the lay in one pass. The result — fewer hands, less waste, repeatable accuracy on every roll.
We supply spreaders sized from sample-room scale to full export-line throughput, and CNC cutters with the controllers, vacuum tables and conveyor options to match. Tell us your fabric width, ply height and daily volume; we'll spec the line.
Service is local — installation, training, blade replacement and AMC handled out of the Indore showroom. The cutting room doesn't have to wait on a Mumbai engineer.
